About Me

Hi, I’m Alexa — a personal trainer, movement nerd, and believer in working smarter, not harder.

I’ve been a personal trainer for nearly 10 years, starting my career in Clearwater, Florida, and along the way I’ve had the privilege of working with all types of people, bodies, goals, and athletic backgrounds. From day one, my mission has always been simple: help people feel stronger, move better, and get real results without burning themselves into the ground.

My passion for learning took me all over the U.S., where I studied a wide range of training styles, techniques, and philosophies. After about five years focused on overall strength, performance, and corrective training, I discovered golf-specific training — and completely fell in love with the sport.

Golf challenged me to look deeper at the human body: how mobility, stability, strength, and mechanics all work together to create power and longevity. I spent years studying anatomy as it relates to the golf swing, injury prevention, and performance, eventually earning my TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certification. Today, I work with golfers of all ages and skill levels from across the country.

My primary in-person training location is Estancia Country Club in North Scottsdale, but The McKenna Method was created so I could reach beyond one location and help people everywhere — worldwide.

At the heart of my work is connection. I want you to feel seen, supported, and confident in your training. I’ve had my own journey of figuring out what works best for my body, and that experience shaped everything I teach today. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness — and that following trends is far less powerful than doing what’s right for you as an individual.

My goal is to inspire people who care about their health, value their time, and want the best return on their effort. If you’re looking to move better, train smarter, and feel more connected to your body — you’re in the right place.
